The Pre-launch…
1992:
While in Bible College the dream for an authentic, come as you are, life giving church community in Johnson County begins in the heart and mind of the founding pastor, Timmy Gibson.
1994:
June: Timmy graduated Bible College and married his dream girl Jana (a fellow choir member in the church he attended!)
2001:
Timmy and Jana took a trip up from Houston, Texas to scout out the Kansas City area for a possible location to start the church they’d dreamed of for so long.
2002:
October: Pastor Timmy and family finally move back home to Kansas.
November: Assembled the Olathe Life Dream Team.
December: They began holding Sunday night vision meetings where they shared the vision over dinner… in the first meeting 37 people showed up –God was up to something special at this point.
