Timmy Gibson - Senior Pastor

As Founder and Senior Pastor of OLF, Timmy brings genuineness to the church culture. He has a big heart to help people develop a healthy relationship with Jesus Christ. Timmy was raised in church and never saw himself as the stereotypical “pastor” type, he still feels this way today. He always had a real passion to help people have better lives and what better way then being a pastor. He did actually go to Bible College for four years and even graduated in 1994. Just a month after he graduated he married his college sweetheart, Jana, and they have two beautiful children Shaeylea and Vandon. They enjoy life very much and love what they do here at OLF.

Brandon Hollis – Worship Pastor

As the worship pastor at OLF, Brandon brings a high-energy blend of rock, pop, gospel, blues and jazz. His talents and passion for quality music are evident every Sunday morning service. Brandon became driven to make great music when he was just a kid playing piano and trumpet in his father's church. While getting his degree in music, he fell in love with the church camp lifeguard. Love at first sight! They married and moved to KC to help Timmy start the church. Brandon and Danielle currently have one son.

Geoff Lundy – Student Pastor

Geoff Lundy is very excited and passionate about leading Epidemic, the youth ministry, at OLF, born and raised in Southern California; it was quite a journey to attend college at small Central Christian College in McPherson, KS. During the college years he met and married his lovely wife, Devyn, who is a Kansas City native. The two have been married for almost seven years, and have one daughter, Shaylee, who is 3 and a half. Geoff has been involved in leading youth ministry programs for nine years, and has spent the past 3 and a half years as a youth pastor in Michigan. Geoff is a sports fanatic and loves the Dodgers, the Lakers, and of course the Chiefs. He plays guitar and loves music, and loves seeing teens become true Disciples of Christ.

Ralph Testerman – Kid’s Life Director

As the Director of Kid's Life Ralph brings a wealth of experience and passion. He is passionate about helping kids and families understand the amazing power of God's unconditional love and grace. Ralph has a Masters degree in Christian Education and has helped several churches in the Midwest and Pennsylvania establish thriving children's ministry. For fun he likes hanging out with his family, watching movies and sports (watching and participating). He is married to Pam and they have three great kids, Christopher, Daniel and Aimee.

Michele Huff – Administrative Assistant

As the Administrative Assistant to Pastor Timmy and accountant for Olathe Life Fellowship Michele combines her love of people and numbers! She has been married to the love of her life Doug for 13 years. They are currently in the process of adopting a baby girl from China. Having been raised as a heathen (not in church) Michele says the best thing that ever happened to her was accepting Christ at a Harvest Crusade 15 years ago! A native Californian Michele and her husband moved to Kansas 7 years ago because Sprint made them J! She misses the ocean but loves the season changes and more importantly loves her church family.

Orin Borgelt – Director of Church Growth

Orin moved to Olathe from a small town in Kansas to attend school at Mid-America Nazarene University. There he received a degree in Psychology and Sociology and then went on to earn his MBA. He began working for Sprint during college (tuition reimbursement rocks!) and has been there 8 years so far. His current job is that of a Group Manager which he thoroughly enjoys. According to him, the unlimited power is nice (smile) but the ability to work closely with so many people in complex situations is what really motivates him. Orin's position of Director of Church Growth is equally, if not more enjoyable. His responsibility is to not only grow OLF in numbers, but also assist in the growth of each individual attending our church. Orin and his family (wife Tonia and daughter Brooklyn) have been faithfully attending OLF since nearly the beginning and absolutely love it!

Lucas Baerg – Chief Financial Officer

Lucas enjoys nothing more than seeing people getting connected into the church by using their talents and passions. He leads a men's accountability group, co-leads The Bridge (20 something community), and oversees church finance and business. Lucas spent 6 years at the Walt Disney studios in Los Angeles where he was rapidly promoted to Associate Director of Planning And Analysis. He and his wife Karol along with their 2 kids moved to KC in search of the Holy Grail (which they later found at Olathe Life Fellowship). He is currently the Director of Financial Operations at a Fortune 500 company.

Brad Hill - Director of Community Development

Brad loves his wife Raegen, sports (namely the Chicago White Sox, Oklahoma Sooners, and New Orleans Saints), Cohiba's, Boulevard Wheat, and conversations/environments that help people discover God's heart at deep levels. The Hill family's current makeup includes Brad and Raegen (obviously) a lovable but overweight Beagle, a feisty "shih-poo", and a flat-faced cat affectionately called Chewy. Brad's jazzed about creating a culture of authentic and inclusive community at OLF. His journey has taken him from the "streets" of Oak Grove, Louisiana, to the heart of tornado alley in Oklahoma City, and ultimately to the mecca of suburbia, Johnson County/Olathe USA! He's fascinated by the message and inclusive heart of Jesus and loves communicating what he's learning or unlearning to groups of 2 or 2000. He's looking forward to the new journey with the "Lifers"! Feel free to drop a line to get together for a chat or coffee.

Jana Gibson - Women's Life Director

Jana spent a portion of her life in Cushing, Oklahoma (a very small town – the population sign was updated when Jana moved!) She sometimes misses the laid back feel of the country life, but says she wouldn’t trade her life now for anything. She still loves the outdoors, especially horseback riding when she visits her Dad. She loves almost all furry, fuzzy, or fluffy animals… (She gets this from her Mom who also is a huge fan of furry things!) Jana would love to have some horses, goats, big dogs, little dogs, large cats, small cats, ducks, geese, chinchillas, and more all living with her today, but the city of Olathe would not love it so much! She also loves spending time with my family and friends. Jana along with her friend Karol lead the Women’s Life at OLF… and love it! Jana says, “I love helping women find their purpose in life… helping them to live a life that is fulfilling, rewarding and enjoyable!” She graduated Bible College in 1993. Of course Jana’s biggest joy in life comes from her family, her husband Timmy, and two children – Shaeylea and Vandon!

Karol Baerg - Women's Life Director

Karol grew up a preacher's kid and graduated with a degree in Bible with an emphasis in Marriage and Family counseling. Most of her counseling appointments have already been taken by her husband though. She leads the Design Team and co-leads the Women's Life group at church. Karol and her husband, Lucas, currently have 2 children.

Ross Woolf - Elder

While Ross was in the fourth grade at a vacation bible school he walked the church isle and gave his heart to God. He is a cosmetologist by trade who is driven by a love for God, People, Music, and Art. Over the past twenty years in addition to hairdressing he has been a big band director, lead worship in local churches, taught through the New Testament and trained other hairdressers in the trade from coast to coast. His beautiful wife is from Panama, and is a Spanish teacher. Ross and Jeannette have one child Arielle who is now 16.

Chris Argabright - Trustee

Chris got his Bachelors and a MBA from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After moving around the south for a couple years, he and his wife landed in Olathe in early 2006, where he currently works for Sprint as a financial analyst. He loves the area, especially trying out all the barbeque restaurants and going to see the Royals and Chiefs’ games. He enjoys volunteering his time with the homeless, disadvantaged, and youth. He spent a year teaching English in China in 1997, and hopes one day to return. Chris and his wife Heather are anxiously expecting their first child this fall.
